The most important thing is the cooperation and assistance of the staff. I really appreciate Ms. Shohida attention and prompt response to my case as she was so efficient and responsive which made my stay stress-free. I will come back again and I highly recommend this hotel the room very comfy and the breakfast was variable and the location is perfect.

One of the best few hotels in Istanbul. As the stay was absolutely wonderful and matched with my expectations. The room was comfortable, clean and real as in the hotel posted photos. Towels smelled good and shower consumables are on quality. All furniture found working and in new shape. WiFi was really good compared to many other hotels in Istanbul. The staff was incredibly friendly and make us feel right at home. (Thanks to Afsir and Mustafa and everyone of the hotel staff and management) Hotel location is good with few steps from the lake side walk. The breakfast was delicious with enough options to choose from. I would highly recommend this place

I had an amazing stay at The Nirvanas Hotel. The rooms were comfortable, the atmosphere was cozy, and the location was perfect — but what truly made my experience exceptional was the service. A very special thank you to Miraysu, the manager. She was incredibly helpful throughout my entire stay. From the moment I arrived until the day I left, she always made sure everything was perfect. She answered all my questions, helped with every request, and did it all with genuine kindness and professionalism. Her support made my trip so much easier and more enjoyable, and I’m truly grateful. I highly recommend The Nirvanas Hotel, and I sincerely hope everyone gets to experience this level of care. I’d definitely stay here again!
