From the start to the end of our stay the staff were amazing and so very helpful. The restaurant for breakfast was amazing as were the staff. Very memorable experience and we will be back to explore Istanbul further.

Staying at the Sheraton Istanbul Ataköy Hotel truly felt like having an elegant home in the outskirts of Istanbul. The atmosphere was calm, refined, and welcoming — everything you’d hope for when you want both comfort and sophistication. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive. In particular, İpek and Berak went out of their way to help with every request — their warmth and professionalism made a real difference in my stay. The Club Lounge access was absolutely worth it: the quiet environment, the view, and the impeccable service created a perfect balance between rest and inspiration. Overall, this hotel offers something special — a sense of being cared for in a place that feels both luxurious and personal. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely return.
