Very clean hotel and amazing location near metro station beside 2 big malls and nice streets for walking The staff are so friendly specially Mr.Husain in front desk who gave me free upgraded room. This is my second time to stay in this lovely hotel and for sure will come back soon.

One of the best few hotels in Istanbul. As the stay was absolutely wonderful and matched with my expectations. The room was comfortable, clean and real as in the hotel posted photos. Towels smelled good and shower consumables are on quality. All furniture found working and in new shape. WiFi was really good compared to many other hotels in Istanbul. The staff was incredibly friendly and make us feel right at home. (Thanks to Afsir and Mustafa and everyone of the hotel staff and management) Hotel location is good with few steps from the lake side walk. The breakfast was delicious with enough options to choose from. I would highly recommend this place
