The best place in whole Bodrum. It was pleasure to stay there. Nice and clean apartment with all facilities that you need to have a nice and relaxing time. Very helpful and nice stuff, especially Mr.Haji. He was the kindest person we’ve ever met there. From the very first step into the hotel, the experience was wonderful! The reception staff, lifeguards, waiters, and the entire team were polite, friendly, and spoke excellent English. Always ready to help and make the stay as comfortable as possible. The sea is just a few steps away from the hotel — the water is crystal clear and the beach is clean and beautiful. The breakfasts are delicious and filling — you definitely won’t leave hungry. There is also a restaurant and bar on site with reasonable prices, perfect for enjoying a tasty meal or a relaxing evening. I will definitely book this hotel again next year!

People are very friendly , bit of a nuisance trying to drag you into shops , best to walk on other side of road ,it is very costly for drinks and food , has good bus service around area to get from a to b every 10 mins , went to divers had lovely meal it's in a side road

The hotel is in Gumbet province in the area where the most popular night clubs of Bodrum are located. All the clubs are within walking distance from the hotel, and they are open till 4 am. Therefore, loud music till 4 am in the morning at some rooms if you are trying to sleep at that time. Amazing view from rooms with sea view and at the pool-bar area. The staff is nice and helpful. Nice ambient light at the premises. The beach is at 5 minute walking distance from the hotel.

I used to visit Gumbet often many years ago.

I used to visit Gumbet often many years ago. I returned this year and it has changed a lot. So much bigger, not as clean or well kept as before and not as appealing as it used to be. Déjà-vu is an excellent dancing bar. Time out bar is a good place to sit, chat and relax. Lovely jubilee is a fabulous snack bar - eat there or take away. The constant hassle from the shops did get tedious which had definitely increased. However, despite this I would probably come back another time.

Nice place to visit, streets and roads are in need of some repair and a bit steep in area's, not fully accessible for people with mobility issues, lot's going on though, shops/restaurants etc. Plenty of activities on the beach if you have money to spend

The hotel is very central in Gumbet, it’s right on the beach and kept very clean. The staff are very friendly nothing is too much for them to do for you. The food is excellent and there is something to please all tastes with a great variety of food. I have to mention Yasin the manager, he is so polite and very welcoming. He always has a smile for everyone. This is my third time staying at Parkim Ayaz and I hope to return again next year.

Hotel Exceeded our expectations. Newly refurbished spacious rooms. We had lovely 2 bed apartment with fully equipped kitchen. And 2 separate bathrooms ☺️ Bed was very comfortable. Swimming pool, sauna - Modern and Cosy and free. Beautiful Views around, charming 20 minutes walk to Bodrum Marina. Big Thank You to Ibragim and Gulshada for making our holidays more relaxed and pleasant 💖

Everything there was nothing not to like . For a budget hotel it was absolutely perfect. . I got upgraded to a sea view . The hotel is centrally located in Gumbet , you can walk everywhere , the old castle & old bodrum town is 2,5 km’s away . Comfortable largish room with balcony overlooking the bay , large comfortable bed , aircon if you need it WIFI available . Nice pool area

Good location, nice beach, good food variety. Plenty of sunbeds. Friendly staff who try their best. This is my 7th time to stay at the hotel. Its good value for money, you get exactly what you paid for - mid range all inclusive. Definitely not 5* but very good 3*. Gumbet Centre nearby with supermarkets, pharmacy, entertainment, bars.

The location is great, you are direct on the beach, the see is clean. The food is fabulous, bed and pillow extrem comfortable, personal is more then kind and pleasant. For 3 star-hotel it is really perfect. Probably it is important to choose out of season period. End of June was perfect, probably also September. 100% recommendation.
