I can say that this is the best hotel in the area in terms of value for money. Whenever you have a request or need something, the hotel staff immediately assist you. Although my Black Sea trip route included the cities of Ordu and Trabzon, I continued to stay at this hotel because of its convenient location. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help. Breakfast was hearty and set us up for the day. The suite with jacuzzi bath was exceptional. The location suited us, not too far from the airport and perfect for touring surrounding neighbourhoods.
