The culinary team at the hotel's restaurant SEMPRE warrants special commendation for their adept presentation of local gastronomy. Their enthusiastic commitment and erudition about the culinary offerings elevated each meal to a delightful and memorable occasion. Also loved lab. of the coffee. Espresso Lab is my best choice. What truly left an indelible mark was the authentic care exhibited by the entire staff. This is a family run hotel. You are welcomed very warmly. Service is personal. We were allowed an early check-in and late checkout. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The breakfast terrace has a lovely view. The hotel is very central with easy access to the center of Edirne. The rate is affordable. The complementary coffee was delicious and we received a gift on departure.
