The design is exceptional and very nice! The size of the room was really impressive. Very clean. Food was tasty (although we managed to get food poisoned). Nicely designed pools and comfortable sun beds. (Just be aware that people are the same everywhere no matter how much money they pay and even if it is not allowed to reserve sun beds, people still do that and don't show for the rest of the day unfortunately). Amazing kids club. Really there is nothing to complain about. But.... We felt that it lacked a bit of a cosy feeling and we did prefer a less luxurious but more homely hotel we did stay in previously. It really depends on your preferences.

Our Antalya trip to celebrate two birthdays in the family, one of which was our baby's first, led us into a detailed search for a baby-friendly accommodation. Anyone with kids will understand the nervousness around taking your first trip with them as a baby, especially after they start eating solids! After some research and website scanning, we narrowed it down to two resorts we liked so we thought we'd just make sure they understand our requirements and sent our enquiries about baby food availability at the resort. We finally chose Kaya Palazzo who had the most prompt, comprehensive response and it was probably then that we realised we had a winner and we were not disappointed. From the first day, Kaya Palazzo's Guest Experience team took charge and made sure everything and absolutely everything was taken care of. They set up a WhatsApp group chat dedicated to us so all we had to do was message them what we needed and it was delivered to us promptly. They not only offered to prepare our baby's meals according to our requirements, but also asked if we had our recipes that we’d like them to prepare from. We were surprised they offered this and we happily shared our recipes which they executed well at each meal time. Special applause for Dilyara who organised our birthday celebrations and saw through each and every detail from finalising their beautiful patisserie as the venue for the celebration to arranging the onsite photographer to the special birthday cakes on both birthdays. Veronika, Alina, Alexander and Ege, also from the Guest Experience team, played huge part in our daily comfort including ensuring our baby's food was ready fresh when we needed it, that her midnight and daily special milk needs were delivered to our room quickly and efficiently, even so far as to have the mini club (for babies) opened out of hours on our request.

Reception was very professional and most waiters and waitresses and house keeping were Phillipino and they were cery hard working and amazing! 27degrees outdoor heated pool was massive and indooe pool was 27degrees as well and bot pools were very clean Food is great and close to fine dining quality. Piano Kareoke and solo guitar singer nights was great ! Also FREE entry option everyday to The Land of Legend rides was exceptional feature and experience with a free shuttle option! The area around Megasaray Club Belek has lots of interesting historic sites to visit. We especially enjoyed our trip to Aspendos. But on the hotel grounds itself there were numerous activities which we really enjoyed, especially the archery. That was new for us and we have learnt a lot (thanks to Vadim!). The food was fantastic in all cafes and restaurants. The evening entertainment programme was involving and interesting. In total, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can definitely recommend this place for a family holiday.

Belek is a wonderful place for traveling.

Belek is a wonderful place for traveling. It isn't that easy to walk around as the area is mostly resorts but if you stay at one of them it would def be a great experience. Try getting an all-inclusive stay so that it would be easier to find a place to eat without having to leave the resort.

If you stay at Paradise Town Villas you need a taxi to get...

If you stay at Paradise Town Villas you need a taxi to get to most nearby locations such as Kadriye Centre, Belek Centre and Land of Legends. Same with the local beaches, not really walkable. There are very cheap half hourly buses (pay in TL) but you would need to google for the timetable.

Spice hotel and Spa is wonderful. It has all one could wish for, from adult groups to families. Evening shows, pool parties, bowling alley, pool, ping pong, Spa facilities, Turkish bath, sauna etc. numerous restaurants with great food and friendly good service. Guys serving drinks on roller skates, beach bars where you are brought food and drinks on the beach. The decor makes one think of a Turkish palace...Belek town a short walk away. 30 minutes from Antalya airport. A memorable holiday!

It was an all inclusive and many activities could have been done if not for the weather. The selection for breakfast and dinner was great. The room was clean and spacious with a full view of the sea and sunrise! A free shuttle and entry to The Land of Legends and Shopping Arcade!
