We stayed in a 1-bedroom apartment with a balcony on the ground floor, and it was absolutely wonderful. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and beautifully furnished, with everything you could possibly need. The view over the garden was pleasant, though there was some minor noise from cars on the street – nothing that disturbed our stay. The kitchen was fully equipped with an oven, stove, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, kettle, Turkish teapot, washing machine, and all the essentials for cooking. Everything was clean and in perfect working order. The living room had two large, comfortable sofas, and there was plenty of hot water. Some reviews mentioned a small bathroom, but ours was perfectly fine – perhaps we were just lucky with the room! We appreciated the fresh towels, bathrobes, slippers, toiletries, and hairdryer, and loved that cleaning was provided every other day. The Wi-Fi was generally stable, good enough for working and video calls, though the TV connection occasionally lagged. The large smart TV offered YouTube, Netflix (own login), and Amazon Prime, which was great for relaxing in the evenings. The location is superb – directly opposite Forum Istanbul Shopping Mall, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and even IKEA nearby. Just a 5-minute walk to Kocatepe Metro Station (lines M1A & M1B) providing easy access to all parts of the city. Despite being in a lively neighborhood, the apartment itself was very quiet and felt extremely safe. The staff were friendly and helpful, even lending us an umbrella when it rained – a lovely touch. The entrance is a bit unusual (through the parking gate and down to reception by stairs or elevator), but it’s completely safe and easy once you know it. Travel-wise, it took us about 35 minutes by regular yellow taxi from Istanbul Airport, and the fare was around 1600 TRY at the time.

everyone was super nice! we arrived very late and the reception guy had upgraded our room and it was very spacey and good:) they checked on us a lot and made sure we had everything we needed. the staff was the best! overall very good hotel, friendly staff and var spacious roooms :D

The hotel away for everything and no one on guard room or reception speak any language but Turkish and the phone number not respond, to get a key need to open roaming your international number which I don’t have it There is no blanket and linen small to queen bed Ac broken and no hangers in dressing closet the shelves in tiny bathroom was broken( I have pictures for all this problem which was in room 56 block a in 7 floor

It is a newly built neighbourhood.

It is a newly built neighbourhood. I prefer not to stay in the city centre as a neighbourhood slightly far from the centre gives me better access to all sides and parts of the city. Of course, you need to have a car. There is a lively high street where you can find all you need. As it is a newly built neighbourhood, expect to see construction work both on the roads and on new buildings.

Quiet hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful and polite.

Quiet hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful and polite. Especially when I arrived post midnight and hungry! I didn't get much chance to get round the neighbourhood but seemed well connected by car to the places I was going to.
