My husband and I stayed here for one night on our way to Cappadocia. We needed somewhere reasonably priced to stay as we had a late landing flight into the Kayseri airport. It's about a 12min drive from the airport. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was good and varied.

+ Staff , from the moment we stepped into the place, we were surprised by the friendliness of the staff. We were upgraded to a junior suite which was nice. The guest relation officer (Ms Mariam (?) ) was extra friendly and very professional. Mr. Brook (?) at the reception also very helpful. (I might be probably wrong with names) + Room - extra spacious with many amenities, there were nothing we could ask for more. comfortable bed. + Location : Next to Forum shopping mall, so many restaurants and food stalls, Tram station at walking distance + Value for money - Its a Raddisson Blu hotel, so its expensive, but worth every Lira we paid

Location and rooms are excellent. We were upgraded to suites. Staff are very friendly. Location perfect with the bazaar and mall a 7-10 min walk. Couldn't have asked for better. Taxis are significantly cheap in Kayseri in comparison to Istanbul

If you visit Kayseri, you should definitely chose this hotel. Not only the location is great, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is nice, but most importantly: you’ll feel so welcome as no other place. My wife and me traveled for the first time to Türkiye and I can assure you that from all the nice people we met in this wonderful country, the man at this hotel (Tamer) was the nicest and kindest Turkish we met in our journey. Even the limitations of a basic English, Tamer welcomed us the best way, helped us with everything we needed and even beyond. We will never forget this great man. I stayed at Fier Life with my son and sister with downsyndrome during our ski holiday in Erciyes. Unfortunately I had an accident and was taken to hospital. The staff of the hotel looked after my family attentively until I got back. As we were able to experience (as I couldn't leave the hotel for three days) the hotel has everything you may need to have a calm relaxing and enjoyable time. The terrace roof performances and food quality was outstanding and the restaurant downstairs is still spoken of by my family. Breakfast hosted a wide variety asbwell as freshly cooked bespoke omelette with outstanding views. The food, comfort and abundant activities (including greatly priced hair dresser) made our stay in Kayseri enjoyable despite my broken arm. The staff were attentive and caring and catered to every single need I had. If you want an affordable hotel for skiing, rafting, cappadocia tours and general shopping Fier Life is your place to be. We will definitely be returning. (A late review a from someone recently freed from cast)
