The room was beautifully decorated and very spacious. The staff were all really helpful and welcoming - very professional and went the extra mile in generosity and customer service. It was in a lovely spot but we didn't get the room as it appared on Booking.com and it is very basic student lodgings. Not even a cup to drink from. The restaurant and breakfast facilities were not available at a suitable time for us to use. This accommodation is not really suited to travellers.

The hotel is good. Recently modernised and comfortable. The Staff were incredibly helpful. We appreciated the help with storing our bikes and the very good restaurant recommendation.
