Steigenberger Marhaba Thalasso Hammamet exceeded all expectations!! The staff was our favourite part of the stay. All members were extremely friendly and made a big effort to remembering you and even your name. They were always smiling, always happy to help, and always open for a chat. The food was absolutely amazing!! We didn't even use our al-a carte restaurant option because we simply loved all the food choices at the buffet. I am celiac and the way the resort dealt with allergens was superb. All allergens were indicated for each dish and they even provided me with freshly made gluten free bread and pancakes, when I wanted. The rooms were fabulous! Extremely clean and spacious. The beach was clean and quiet and our favourite spot to relax. There was also a fun animation team without being too pushy! If you wanted, you could do activities all day long. We enjoyed yoga and pilates on the beach as well as archery and darts! We simply can't recommend Steigenberger Marhaba Thalasso Hammamet enough!

The établissement is beautiful, modern with a touch of traditional. The location is amazing only a couple of walking minutes away from the port of Yasmin Hammamet. The staff and the service in general is exceptional. From reception, portiers, security, guest relations to restaurant staff they are all amazing - always with a big smile on their faces and very helpful. Our room was huge and more than perfect for our family (we were upgraded for free to a two room suite with a gorgeous view over the pool side). A special thanks to the chief of Animation who was very helpful, always present and played the best music in the evening!

We had a truly excellent stay at Hotel Marcopolo, thanks entirely to the phenomenal staff. The reception service from, Olfa , Taieb and Cyrine was exceptional they were welcoming, efficient, and professional throughout our visit. Our room was impeccably clean every day, a credit to the hard work of the housekeeping team, especially Sihem. Dining was a highlight; a big salute to Chef Sami for the delicious food and high quality of the restaurant. Finally, the Spa service was wonderful, providing the perfect relaxing experience. We highly recommend this hotel for its amazing staff and service!

The service was fantastic- every person that works at the hotel is friendly, professional and cannot do enough for you. The hotel is beautifully maintained and the food very good. The pool is lovely with very comfy sun beds. The indoor pool and spa also great. We would highly recommend.

Some parts of the town to be avoided such as Hammamet Yasmin which are sterile resorts. Talking to other visitors we heard that none of the 'all in' holidays provided good food. We were very disappointed at the Zodiac where we stopped for a few days.

Tunis itself is worth a short visit.

Tunis itself is worth a short visit. Hammamet is a nice place to relax. Nabeul is a pretty town about 30 mins in the taxi which is also worth visiting. Found 2 excellent restaurants there. Le Patio and Bon Kif.

Hammamet is a beautiful place with many choices. Many good restaurants, many shops. Close to the beach. Lovely peiople. Dont miss the medina. L'amiral a restaurant in the port, excellent service and wonderful food. Barberousse with a beautiful view and very good food.

We didn't go out into Hammamet this time, but we have in the past. The old medina is fun, and there are a few nice restaurants on the beach. Otherwise, there isn't much reason to leave the resort.

All the hotels in hammamet south was in bad conditions, dirty, poor service, no maintenance, bed dirty, poor conditions, to avoid absolutely, avoid booking with booking.com, staff who choice this hotels are not serious, want probably just to make money

Stayed in the newer part of Yasmine Hammamet.

Stayed in the newer part of Yasmine Hammamet. Area OK and quiet. This was mid June. Supermarkets closeby, for water and nibbles. I did not choose A.I., which did not bother me. However so many hotels in Yasmine area were AI, so one could not visit with friends easily as doormen were stopping entry without their wrist band - as if you would be drinking and eating in their hotel, which I was Not planning to do. The main town of Hammarmet has a lovely beach area and the Medina is a fav of mine. Visited town by local bus. Fare was 25p! Yasmine Hammamet- you can do plenty of sports including para- gliding. I went to a local Spa for seaweed wrap- it's pasted on then you go into a very hot room. Massages, pedicures etc are easily available too. Enjoyed a relaxing holiday- hot weather. Most hotels in Yasmine are geared for loudish entertainment which not for me but many ppl enjoy that side 😎

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, which is ideally located on the beach, close to the center of Hammamet, and conveniently near my customers' location. The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient. A special thanks to Mrs. Ons at the reception, who provided detailed information about the restaurants and even offered a discount on the high-quality buffet dinner. I will definitely return to this hotel on my next visit to Tunisia.

Location: the best you can get in hammamet Sud. Walking distance to almost everything (beach/restaurant/port/medina) Place: spacious and cozy.. you feel literally at home. From arrival at the hotel to departure, all expectations were met. Pure relaxation! The complex offers something for everyone. Mohammad & Sassi in service were just great! But overall the whole team was great! The good housekeeping is also worth mentioning. Every wish was fulfilled, in a discreet manner. Tunisia is worth travelling to.
