We chose iberostar to celebrate our wedding . It was the right decision . The service there is amazing and so are the people. All the staff are very professional and friendly. Huge thanks to Mr firas who spoiled all of us . The entertainment team also made our last night fun and memorable. Really nice place on the perfect location to explore Sousse. The people working here are amazing and very helpful. It was very clean and we could leave our bags at the reception after checkout for free. The restaurant downstairs, same owner, is also very nice and even tho they don't have vegetarian food on their menu, they will make a really nice plate for you if you ask :-)

They kindly stored my luggage during the tour and even after checkout, which let me explore the area sightseeing without hassle before heading out—super helpful. The location is incredibly convenient, right near the Medina and beach, so I could catch an early sunrise stroll. There's also an affordable restaurant next door that's open late, and the room was spacious enough with chairs and a table for relaxing comfortably.

The location and service was fantastic. Rami at the reception went out of the way and asked the chef to bake a cake for my Son’s birthday at a very short notice. Thank you Rami !! The bar on the 12th floor has amazing views. Mohammed served us well and was very helpful.
