Clean spacious modern hotel, on the beach great pools. Guest relations Zeyneb was very helpful , knowledgeable and really friendly, nothing was too much to ask of her. Also great to hear that it was encouraged to sample the local culture and go to hammamet town centre to visit the medina great shopping , pottery artisanal gifts and made to measure clothes too l. Ali in one of the shops was so helpful in choosing gifts and made to measure clothing.

It was clean, maid literally came 3 times a day! Room service is excellent, you can order food from restaurant in 3am and it is so tasty. Also staff was really nice, pool is good and beach too.

We got upgraded to Royal Bel Azur. The hotel is a very-good 5 stars hotel with all the amneties. I definetly recommend the rooms quality, the swimming pools (hot sea water), the contact with the recepction staff,... For the SPA, the booking should be done in advance or the 1st day of the booking to guarantee a place
