English and russian speaking,very kind and very helpful staff. Accompanied us also to OVIR to help with the obligatory registration. Room was very nice, new and clean. Excelent location close to airport. 24h reception, we had no problem to check-in at 3 a.m.

One of my best stay experience... Every thing of hotel was top notch , whatever I request they(staff) prioritised and provide rather it is late night dinner or other amenities ... We recently stayed at Baland Hotel Dushanbe, and it was an excellent experience! The location is perfect, just a 10-minute walk from downtown, with plenty of cafes and restaurants around. The hospitable staff made us feel right at home, always ready to assist with a smile. We stayed in an apartment studio room, which was spacious and well-designed, featuring a double bedroom and a king-size bedroom. It was perfect for our needs, offering both comfort and privacy. The service provided was top-notch, and we were overall very satisfied with our stay. Breakfast was another highlight—delicious and satisfying, a great start to our days. We highly recommend Baland Hotel Dushanbe to anyone visiting the city. We will definitely be returning on our next trip!

When I arrived, I turned on my cell phone and it said, welcome to the Russian Federation. My T-mobile service did not work the entire time I was visiting. I downloaded a google map. I walked at least ten thousand steps every day. I enjoy the waterfalls, the flowers the monuments and the roses. Not too many people speak English here. I experienced diarrhea twice with squat toilets. The best view of the mountains was after it rained. Am I glad I visited? Yes. Check out the parks.

All the monuments/sightseeings in Dushanbe, except for the new mosque and the Navruz Palace, are located within a distance of about 3 km, so they are easily accessible from each other through parks or the main Rudaki Avenue.

The city is clean, the taxi transport system is efficient and affordable. The City is deliberate on reducing the carbon foot print. Almost all taxis are EVs. The people are very hospitable despite the language barrier. Not many speak English.

I did not expect it to be a beautiful, clean, safe place to...

I did not expect it to be a beautiful, clean, safe place to walk around even at night. Despite the language barrier, people are nice and accommodating trying to help you with direction. I noticed that the drivers are very patient and seldom use their horn and gives priority to pedestrian. Parks and trees are everywhere. Food and stay is affordable.

This is a wonderful large 70 square metre one bedroom property on the 12th floor of a recently built residential block in Dushanbe city centre. The apartment is built and fitted to a high standard, with a top quality fridge, washing machine and air-conditioning throughout. The bed is big and comfortable, and there is plenty of storage space. We enjoyed the rain-forest hot shower. Helpful host Hafiz met us to hand over keys, and show us around. There is a supermarket nearby for all your grocery needs & cold beers.

Everything about this hotel was great. It’s virtually brand new, the rooms are well-sized. The hotel is well-equipped with a great breakfast and gym. Location is in a nice residential only a few mins from the centre of Dushanbe, very cheap taxi for us westerners to get to the main sights. The best part is the staff, the young guys are so friendly and helpful. Best stay I’ve had from Booking.com after over 5 years of travel! Would 100% go again

I really appreciated the service from this hotel - from accommodating my very late arrival (3am) and the free airport transfer, to the assistance with finding a driver to take me on a day trip to Iskanderkul. Also the breakfast is varied and nutritious. Wifi was strong and fast. Very central location, with excellent views of Dushanbe (located on the 13th floor of the building).
