Well what can you say this place was exceptional in all aspects, all staff are very friendly and accommodating even the cleaners and gardeners were always friendly. every aspect of our stay from the small things to the bigger things nothing was to hard for the staff to handle always smiling. the pools there are great and the water slides for the children are awesome this resort caters for the children in many ways from a small child's cinema to a great play room this certainly allows the parents to have a rest as well. one thing that really impressed me was i liked a hot chocolate for breakfast after 2 days there i didn't need to ask for it, it was it was just brought to our table every day. Aivy was really pleasant with us the whole time there and nothing was to difficult for her to do for us. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone the rooms a relatively spacious I booked 2 rooms for my family but really needed only one as the room can comfortably accommodate 4 people with a double bed and a bunk bed i didnt realize this at booking so check before you book i could have saved $620. The beach is only a 7 minute walk from the resort and is a nice beach. there are plenty of food venues within a easy walking distance, Chemist is a 10 minute walk around the corner. we used the Bolt taxi service as they are cheap and efficient.

I would like to thank you for the wonderful experience at your place. The apartment was spacious and clean, and the air conditioners were of the highest quality, contrary to some of the reviews. The facilities were enjoyable and well-maintained, as I visited the pool and the gym, and everything was at a high level. I believe it's important for guests to understand the policy of the place, and I noticed that the room cleaning service takes place after two days of stay, which is something everyone should be aware of. The location is very comfortable, 3-5 minutes to the beach. The beach was clean and not crowded, a lot of greenery around, a lot of waves :) the room was VERY big and very comfortable. Very good cleaning every day. Nice food and amazing, friendly helpful personnel.

The weather has been quite awful, so when we visited the beach it was overcast and the sea was choppy. On a sunny day with calmer seas it is probably a very different experience, but I have seen much nicer beaches.

Stunning beach within easy walking distance of the hotel. Very friendly local people about. Excellent resurants nearby. I felt very safe walking about on my own there. Busy road though, which you expect in Thailand. Just need to take great care crossing..

Surin easy access incl car park if you are self-driving. Plenty of sunlounges and shade on the beach. Baht100.00 for the day per sunlounge.. Plenty of food and drink options along the top of the beach, which I would say are generally safe to eat! Water is crystal clear and warm, no rubbish on the beach or in the water...

Nice quiet part of Phuket away from all the noise but near enough to get to quickly. Lots of small boutique restaurants, beach was clean and accessible. Just a very pleasant stay if you're looking for some family time without the hussle and bussle of the crazy busy areas!

Surin Beach is the best beach in Phuket.

Surin Beach is the best beach in Phuket. There really is little argument on that score. As a "village/town" is don't have too much going for it as the road through the central bit is very busy and there aren't wide pavements to walk along. However, if you are willing to overlook this then you will find some real gems in and around Surin Beach. There are some really fabulous Thai restaurants and some amazing beach vendors. Some of the beach huts (not all!) would get Michelin Stars in my book. Cold beer, smoothies, fishcakes and satay are what holidays are made for. I would quite like a house there on the cliffs if I won the lottery.

Nice area, but I am not a beach person so I can't really judge. But lots of people were enjoying the beach and sunbathing. Plenty of chairs and shade. Plenty of food and drink options. Awesome sunsets.

Good location, in a quieter part of Phuket - not the Patong madness. However, you will need a car or bike to get to the beach, the walk is a bit much. Especially if you have kids. The resort is relatively new (opened just before COVID shut everything down for over 2 years), and so the facilities, furniture and fittings are new. The pools are amazing. Choose a room with a sea view and although it's distant sea views (not on the beach breaker views), you won't be disappointed. Would recommend it, and return...

It was an excellent stay. It was close to the beach, but there was a pool as well. The location was just perfect. There were near shops, restaurants, souvenir shops by walk maybe 5 minutes. The room was big enough, and very clean. We definitely recommend it! If we would come back to Phuket we would definitely choose it again. Thank you!

We liked almost everything about our stay. The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. They always greet you when they see you. The room is spacious and the linens, beddings and towels are super clean and comfortable. The hotel is so close to the Surin beach. Breakfast and coffee are amazing too.
