In the past, there haven't been too many nice and upscale options to stay in Surat, which is understandable since it was a little out of the way and tourists would mostly pass through. But this place was a little slice of heaven. We stayed in one of the poolside rooms, in front of the river, and it was better than I expected. The room was nice and clean, the bed was surprisingly comfortable, and the staff was really nice. The bathroom was well stocked and comfortable - hot water was readily available. They also had a nicely stocked (and free) minibar in the room.

We stayed 3 nights. Really friendly staff at the reception, also the housekeeping lady and breakfast lady will do everything to help you so that you have a nice stay. Really good price and hygienic. Also the small pool is a bonus! We did not expect much from Surat Thani, but it really was a nice place with a lot of good restaurants & coffee bars!

The staff was really friendly! They know exactly what hospitality is. The room is very big and clean and we even had a balcony. Bathroom also really clean, with hot shower. Lot of facilities. Wifi in the room is strong. Location is good. We came with the Seatran boat from the islands. When you buy a boot + bus ticket to the centre, they will drop you a few minutes from this hotel. The next day we had to go to the airport and this bus stop is also just a few minutes away from the hotel. 7 eleven around the corner. We had a perfect stay!

An amazing hotel: everything is new, clean, the staff was super friendly and helpful. We stayed at an executive suite and it was a really spacious suite with a separate bedroom and a living room with an excellent wifi and all the necessary facilities. The location is perfect: plenty of restaurants and cafes around. All kinds of cuisine available nearby, perfect coffee, if you don't want to go to the restaurant you can order grab. Highly recommended!
