One of the most unique hotels, i've ever stayed in my life. We loved the location, the nature, the squirrels and monkeys on the trees around. Rooms were big and luxurious. Railey was a 15minutes walk far on a beautiful and safe path next to the sea, so don't worry about, because it's not in the center. It' s definitely worth it. Wake up and see monkeys sitting around your balcony.

This is a great location at Railay beach. Just at the East pier so if you get a boat from Ai Nam Mao pier near Ao Nang you can get dropped at the hotel. We considered one further east but it’s nice to be closer to the centre. The hotel is an oasis of calm in the busy Railay with 2 pools however the roof top pool is where everyone seems to want to be as all beds have umbrellas. The garden pool has lots of loungers without shade so not practical and the hotel should deal with this. There are monkeys playing in the grass sometimes which is highly entertaining. You need to keep the room locked as they can get in if not locked. The breakfast is high end and the best we had in Thailand , almost better than a Bangkok 5 star we stayed at . Especially the made to order roti. The cocktails were very good also as not always getting nice ones on your travels. The hotel is good value if u get it at a good rate. Rooms are comfortable but a bit old however for what we paid on Booking , it was really good value. A special shout out to Noppadol- hopefully spelled properly who was on duty at the roof top pool , he is a super efficient and friendly waiter who looks after all the guests needs all day , very good multitasking person as there was lots of orders for food , drinks , help with loungers and he also managed to rescue my air pod that feel off the roof and got stuck into a really difficult spot at the side of the hotel using a plastic bucket and a BBQ tongs !! If I lost it I would not have been able to sleep as it blocks noise so I was v grateful. The location is really ideal as it’s at a crossroads between east and west Railay plus Prah Nang beach. There is also unusual cute monkeys called Dusky Langurs with white circles around their eyes in the trees near the hotel you should look out for.

Really beautiful area with SO much to explore on foot and by boat. Walking street is amazing. Phra Nang beach is gorgeous but a little busy at times. Tonsai beach is worth the walk to get there. Amazing trip we loved it and would absolutely go back. Do a longtail boat tour private to see some islands, take a climbing lesson!

It is useful to note that there are multiple long boats and piers to access Railay. The safest route is to the east beach from Ao Nammao pier where you can safely park a hire car for a reasonable cost. If you don’t have your own transport, there are various options such as taxis. I ripped a pair of shorts at another pier which is not a great setup.

Railay was one of my favourite locations during our month...

Railay was one of my favourite locations during our month long holiday. We stayed here for 4 nights, I would have stayed longer. I loved the laid back feel of the town, everything is in walking distance.

Beautiful spot for a beach holiday.

Beautiful spot for a beach holiday. The landscape is totally stunning. Railay Beach is very touristy during the day though, since most boats from the mainland arrive on that side of the peninsula. I would recommend to spend some time walking towards the south beach of Phra Nang Beach which is a lot quieter and has some pretty amazing rock formations right in front of it.

The majestic cliffs that meet the water are stunning ! Easy to get get boat to phi phi islands and other islands for a day trip . Great freash grilled daily caught seafood on the walking street . Get up early to enjoy this stunning location without the crowds . It gets too crowded mid day

We had 3 nights here but in truth could have done 2 nights. The staff are amazing though. We had a wary flight to catch from Krabi. We were quite worried about making it in time, but the hotel provides a boat and a van on the main Island to take you to the airport. This was not only put our minds a peace it’s also ran so smoothly. All in all worth a visit as the scenery is stunning, but we felt 2 nights would have been enough.

The hotel was so beautiful and the rooms were so spacious! The double bed was huge and so comfortable to sleep in, and there was plenty of space for us to settle into our room comfortably and not feel cramped at all! We were also very close to the main pier on East Railay, and the location was perfect for a short walk to both Railay West and Phra Nang Cave Beach. The hotel felt very luxurious and was extremely good value for money in our opinion. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Railay!

We arrived just on dark into Railay (last boat), and it was just a gorgeous sight in the bay! The hotel is located right next to the east pier, just turn left and you're there. Reception is on the East side, but the hotel goes right to the west, too. Our room was on the west, next to the pool and sea.....perfect. Room comfy, big and quiet! Railay is a gorgeous swimming beach. The walking street where all the eating spots are is only a two minute walk.....what's not to love here!

We loved.. that there were 2 types of monkeys and monitors lizards and beautiful stuff looking after us so well. The breakfast was amazing everyday. We have never stayed in the better hotel in Thailand. We have been in Krabi railey beach 4 times..but this was so far the best and it exceeded the expectation. Thank you.

Hotel is located in a perfect spot on Railay East beach centrally positioned adjacent to the Walking Street. Lush gardens. Clean pool. Large rooms. Staff friendly. We chose to dine each night at the Terrace in Ravaydee resort and the food and dining experience was exceptional.
