The hotel welcomes you in an efficient, professional and friendly way. All the staff are lovely. The communal areas are cleaned continuously, and the rooms are cleaned everyday. The linen is fresh white cotton. The aircon is very good. The decor is light and bright and modern. Very clean lines. There is International TV channels available. The complementary breakfast of pork and rice soup is fine. I will use this hotel when I return to Phimai.

partner and I met there 26 years ago and came to your property to celebrate his 82 birthday and to visit and renew old memories, thanks for being such an important part of this trip by making everything so perfect, even though you did not know. We appreciated all the excellent service from all of your staff. Would also like to comment on your staff that maintain your rooms, never been to any hotel here in Thailand, been to many 5 star hotels, never compared to the cleanliness of your hotel, was a very nice change.

Looking to get away from the touristy and noisy Bangkok, Pattaya, or Phuket? Come check out Korat for a pure local Thai experience. This city has mostly working-class Thai people living in it and it shows. You have Terminal 21, night markets, and temples to visit, but everything slows down after 10 pm. It's a different vibe.

Nakhon Ratchasima city is not a typical tourist city, but has got an atmosphere in the back streets which can wake up someone. The city has got some shopping centers, but to get there it is smart to choose correct hotel as they at this time do a lot of road work, so it is not easy to pass roads (rear with pedestrian traffic lifhts in Thailand anyway). We went there because my wife comes from a village outside the city, and we stayed in the city and rented a car. Driving around there is mostly ok, but we needed GPS driving into and in the city.

big night market was very good for food . items on sale were same same . I did not find a lot to do but family took me to see Buddha and temples were a long way to drive to each one, It is very hot.

I really enjoyed visiting Nakhon Ratchasima.

I really enjoyed visiting Nakhon Ratchasima. The city have nice streets with many restaurants, retail stores,, street vendors, and a great mall located close to the hotels downtown Korat. I definitely plan to visit Nakhon Ratchasima again in the near future.

Unlike the posh and modern Bangkok, Korat is a city of hard working and middle class Thai people. Everybody is nice and polite, but you can't really find English speakers. Foreigners are also scarce here. But the temples are great, the lakes are nice and one must spend a week here for sure.

Great staff, beautiful room though it feels a bit dated. The location is good as it is on the opposite side of a wonderful park. However getting vegetarian food close to the hotel is a challenge. But that’s expected :)

We left our electric toothbrush the staff kept it for our homeward bound return after New Year 2026. The hotel was perfect for breakfast and dining wonderful selection of food very tasty enjoyable.
