Very new modern building, excellent staff very friendly. Excellent carpark,lovely to sit out side and listen to the birds. Good parking for motorcycles and car. Someone did say earlier that it was still under construction. Only building work is a building not attached think it will be a cafe, but no noise the rooms are all finished it is beautiful

This place is a hidden gem just outside Pai, only 8 minutes from the nearest 7/11 next to the airport. Located along the roadside, as soon as you pass through the wooden gates, you enter a little haven of peace. One of the owners’ house is right at the entrance, and directly opposite is the reception area, which gives the first impression—an absolute sanctuary. From there, you have a breathtaking view of the mountains, a small wooden terrace with a water fountain, and chairs perfectly positioned to soak in the scenery. It’s incredibly peaceful. A stone path leads you further inside, where you’ll find a cozy fire pit area with chairs around it, perfect for evenings. Then you will find a covered wooden platform with a table, cushions, and a hammock with Mountain View. Along the bamboo fence, there’s also a home made wooden swing-style seating area. And the house—offering stunning mountain views! Especially from the balcony upstairs ! The house itself is stunning. It’s simple, well-designed, minimalistic, and modern. The aesthetic details, the plants, the pebbles around the bathtub, and that window facing the mountains—watching the sunset reflection from the bathtub is pure magic. Every detail, from the choice of materials to the décor, from the fabric of the cushions to the bedding, is in perfect harmony—1000% on point! Nothing is missing; everything has been thoughtfully planned. Slippers, laundry detergent and softener for the washing machine, bottled water, a full bathroom kit including combs—every travel essential is taken care of. Even the bathtub is set up with candles and a bath bomb for the perfect relaxation experience. Every evening, the fire was set up for us, creating a cozy ambiance with guirlande lights in the trees around. The small details make all the difference—like having more than just the exact number of coffee sachets for guests. Laundry detergent, UNO Cards, fan, etc. Everything is a huge plus!

Fern resort was a highlight of our trip to Northern Thailand. They offered a free shuttle bus into Mae Hong Song in the evening for a walk about and dinner in a village restaurant. The hike into the neighboring nature reserve was amazing. Well worth doing. The buffet breakfast was a treat. The only 10 I am giving of our 3 week trip to South East Asia.
