It was a five minute walk from the centre but SO quiet! Just what we needed, a comfortable bed, a good hot show and plenty of room. The owner was very kind and friendly.

You definitely do feel like you're at home. The owners treat you like you're a part of the family. This is great especially if you've been on the road away from your loves ones. I stayed at this wonderful hotel for a month and 4 nights. I used it as a Base to travel and explore Northern Thailand. The location. It is next to the 107 main road that connects Northern Thailand to Chiang Mai. But dont be put off. It's quiet, particularly at night. There is a 7 eleven directly next door and a launderette directly opposite. It is less than a 5 minute drive into the centre of Fang. There is ample parking and the gardens to the rear are beautiful. The owners and staff are so friendly and helpful. And there are 3 friendly cats to greet you too.There is coffee, toast, fruit juice,water and fruit layed out in the morning and a lovely coffee shop connected to the hotel. The room was a good size and clean. The bed was so comfortable. Air conditioning was perfect. There is a tv and fridge too. The shower was excellent. I have nothing bad to say about this lovely little hotel. I have happy memories here and will definitely be staying again upon my return. Thankyou for making my stay perfect.

It was just what I was looking for, a peaceful, clean, friendly place with an amazing river view and balcony to sit in the evening and relax. The bed was soft and comfortable, all is new and clean. Great to have a cafe/restaurant next to the villas, breakfast was included and could even be had on your own balcony. As a solo female traveller, I loved it.
