The Vibe: chilled out, great music played every evening. Meals on offer were great - pay by donation. The people were the main thing that made this place great. The sunsets over the sea were incredible.

Great hosts, great nature surroundings, great atmosphere, one feel like at home. A great experience. I can highly recommend the big house for those in search of peace, nature, simplicity. Thailand as it once was. Basic though, but it has to be so to perfectly fit in the surroundings.

The owners and staff were very nice and helpful, always looking to please.. bungalow had a lovely view of the sea. Food was lovely and very quick to your table. Also great value for money. A true hidden treasure.

Staying at Sunset Bungalows is an exceptional experience. Nature lovers get rewarded by the jungle feeling and tranquility. The bungalows are simple but have all you need. Located on the beautiful Long Beach, there is always a phenomenal view no matter what time it is. It is also great to get to know people, but it was never crowded either. Food was phenomenal and it is a go to place for coffee lovers. Staff was friendly, helpful and they even remember your preferences, e.g. for me it was extra spicy no tomatoes which I did not even need to mention after the second time.

It is a beautiful place with a small, lovely, and clean beach. I stayed in a bungalow up on the hill, surrounded by forest. In the morning, I could see many animals such as monkeys, hornbills, and squirrels—it was fantastic.No traffic noise, only sound of the ocean! The family who runs this place is really friendly and helpful. They also have a restaurant with fresh and tasty food. I stayed there much longer than I had planned because I enjoyed it so much and was able to relax in the peaceful natural surroundings. Thank you so much for everything🙏🏽. I hope to come again😍

The food is very good and was very happy with the bungalow. Very little electricity, but fits perfectly if you have minimalistic life style. Beautyfull nature. Perfect place for couples & grown up responsible adults who wish to chill. Please dont bring your naughty kid here, there is nothing for them there and you spoil other peoples vacation.

THANKyou Starlight. We felt like we found the perfect spot on the island and could not have asked for more. It was relaxed, comfortable, the gardens are a beautiful labour of love, the food delicious, the staff kind, clearly reflecting the love the owners have poured into this magical place, Tucked into the edge of jungle, you share the space with so many magnificent creatures, whom are worth waiting and watching out for.

It is a beautiful place with a small, lovely, and clean beach. I stayed in a bungalow up on the hill, surrounded by forest. I've known Koh Chang for a very long time.

I've known Koh Chang for a very long time. The island beauty, quiet and lack of distraction were always the best things about it. In recent years efforts to 'upgrade' are evident, with more roads making more of the island accessible and exploitable. The island is changing, but right now it's still a great escape from the modern chaos. Good food is easy to find, and for tourists still not really expensive.
