From 2 nights to 12 nights— I think that says it all. I canceled all my other bookings just to stay with this exceptional family. I can't express how grateful I am for meeting the Baan Suan family. They were incredibly kind and generous. They offered me coconuts and fruits from their garden, cooked rice daily so I could prepare meals, and welcomed me into their lives. Over time, we became friends. They took me to the market, Liu cooked dinner several times and shared it with me, or we cooked together. They even organized a special activity for me and other girls—making coconut oil the traditional way. After just a few days, I truly started to feel at home. If the weather isn’t great, you can relax in a hammock on your terrace with a lovely garden view. If you want to experience the authentic Thai way of living in peaceful nature and leave with unforgettable memories, this is the place for you.

Amazing place, I did not want to leave. The staff is amazing from Matt who runs the rooms, to Steve who has the bar and restaurant, to Liz who has the gym. The ambience is spectacular, very nice pool, very nice people, very nice mood, and very nice environment to work out! They convinced me to train Muay Thai, I advice everybody to do it there, the people are nice and nobody wants to hurt or get hurt. I advise it to everyone from families to solo travellers!!

Everything! Comfortable bed. Spotlessly clean. Very new building. Hod the manager is fantastic. The bathroom is great. The view is terrific. It was nice being in a quiet place surrounded by nature. Highly recommended!

sincere, enjoyable, safe, island life, chill and ideal. my expectations were low and my bungalow blew them away. great value, nice compound. simple yet wonderful. a six minute walk to one of the best, least traveled beaches on the island. plus koh yai noi is easily one of the safest, least dangerous places in thailand. except for the sunburn!! highly recommend. great deal for my stay and autonomy. now i am in a gritty city it seems like a dream.

We went in May with a group of friends and found it a low...

We went in May with a group of friends and found it a low key and relaxing island. Beautiful beaches and a few places to explore. I think scooter hire is a must-have to be able to get around...that was a highlight for us just cruising around the island! The hike to the 'big tree' was way harder than expected but the gorgeous secluded beach at the end made it worth it. In low season it seems like at least half the restaurants and shops are closed so you can't rely on google to tell you where to go, sometimes you just have to drive around and see what's open.

If you want peace and quiet and seclusion, this is the place! Be aware that you are there to relax and will be paying higher prices for items such as food an drink. It makes sense as they have to ship everything in. That being said, everything is made with care and delicious! They do have two happy hours from 5-6 and 9-10 on the beach. Lots of honeymooners! I went with my two adult sons, it was a stop in between Krabi and Phuket and it was perfect to get away from the crazy and chill. Take their boat transfer too!

Amazing. Don't hesitate - just go! We are not party or shopping people and so this island was perfect - quiet, calm, local vibe, easy to explore by scooter, beautiful natural beaches that are so lovely to swim in. Friendly warm locals and wonderful littles restaurants and cafes throughout the whole island.

This is what I would call a quiet island.

This is what I would call a quiet island. Great for a family or a small group. Views from the island were great, with the 'james bond' type islands in the distance. We also saw hornbills. A good place to relax and idle in the subshine.

Ko Yao Noi is a tranquil island a short ferry ride but...

Ko Yao Noi is a tranquil island a short ferry ride but another world from Phuket. The islanders want to keep the island low-key. There are a few nice restaurants and bars. It’s easy to take long tail boat rides to neighbouring islands.

Local people are very nice and always kind. Seafood is very fresh, Recommend is " Koh Yao Tha Ton Do Seafood" Chef is very nice, she cooked like homemade and food is so fresh. Beach on this island is not ok for people who wanna play and swim on the sea, need to take boat to the other island better. Public transportation on this island quite expensive,100 B/round /place, fit for people can ride motorbike is better. 300 B / 24hrs. saver.

Everything was just perfect. “A slice of paradise” really represents our staying. The hotel and the staff were fantastic and they really knew how to provide all we needed in order to have a heavenly time. The views are breathtaking and the facilities are extremely well thought. The breakfast is great, with high quality products. Our staying was 100% plastic free, and you can also feel this hotel takes care on the impact it has on the island and tho local communities. Can’t wait to come back.

Beautiful location, with lots of seating to enjoy the view. We were picked up from the boat terminal and the owner offered us bicycle or scooter rental at reasonable prices. Spacious apartment, with large bathroom and comfortable bed. An excellent breakfast is available, with tables by the water, at a very small price. Hotel is walkable to a few different restaurants and small shops. However, you will need transport (scooter or bike) to explore the island.

The property itself is very impressive, cosy feel and the room itself was very clean. We ate at the hotel 2/3 nights and the food was some of the best we had in Thailand. We can’t commend the manager enough she went above and beyond for us after we almost missed our boat transfer, cocktails made by Laylah were fab. We also rented a scooter for 250baht from the hotel which was really cheap and necessary on this island

Great stay in Ko Yao Noi. The staff was so kind and helpful, they made the whole experience on the island even better The bungalows are roomy and comfortable, the shower/bathroom was big and clean, although basic. The unobstructed view of the bay and the sunrise was a showstopper! You can spot squirrels, hornbills, bats and more from the little terrace as well as from the restaurant terrace. Cannot recommend enough!
