A little gem of a place. Family run enterprise, three bungalows and provide private tours. Located at the end of the pier with beach access and access to walking street, with restaurants and shops. The room was lovely, fridge, kettle, warm shower, lovely clean fresh bedding, water provided on arrival and amazing clean. Towels were so soft and fluffy. We booked the 5 stop Tail boat private tour with Mr Yong, nothing was too much trouble, his aim was to tailor the day to what we wanted. Snorkelling equipment and BCD provided. In the Emerald cave he became our personal photographer and took pictures for us, he knew where we should stand, they are amazing. Every stop was fabulous, he knew the best snorkelling spots and took pictures of us together in the water. Water and melon provided onboard. Mr Yong was delightful all day. If you are travelling to Koh Muk, best private tail boat tour is definitely with Mr Yong. Mrs Yong was really welcoming and gave us loads of advise when we arrived at reception. Grandma Yong freshly cooked and delivered to your room breakfast every morning. Definitely a family run business, they have it so right. A must place to stay on Koh Muk.

We had a wonderful stay at The Home - the rooms are very clean and comfortable, and we had everything we needed. It’s really well located - easy walk to both Charlie Beach and the centre of town. Great food at the restaurant too! Arunee was so friendly and helped us organise a half day trip to Koh Kradan and emerald cave. Would definitely recommend to anyone coming to Koh Mook.

We absolutely loved it here and didn’t want to leave. We are family travelling and my children loved it. The bungalows are clean and private, located in a family homestead with beautiful gardens and a lovely cat. I slept best here out of all the stays in Thailand. The rooms have everything you’d need. The location is perfect. Part way between Charlie beach and the village and restaurant beach, each a 10 minute walk. Opposite is ‘The Home’ restaurant where we ate a delicious breakfast each day, which was super convenient and easy. Our host and his wife were extra helpful and welcoming. The island itself is lovely offering beautiful beaches one of which is reached by Kayak. Plus the usual boat trip ect. There is a buzz about the island and it has a good mix of fun and relaxation.

Fantastic again!!! The best we have done in Thailand.

Fantastic again!!! The best we have done in Thailand. It’s small, can walk everywhere. No proper roads, they are block paved streets. Beaches are wow!!!! Food on the island is excellent. It’s very authentic, a real island with real family, there are 1200 Thais who live on the island so it’s very close knit. I wish we stayed longer.
