Everything was beautiful and taken care of in the smallest details. The staff was very attentive and well-prepared. Everyone was very good, but one young woman named Miss Vee, restaurant service attendant, stood out for her skill, talent, kindness, and abilities. During our stay at the Veranda Resort, we always had lunch and dinner at the restaurant thanks to the good cuisine but also thanks to the great professionalism and empathy of Miss Vee. We really felt great here.

Just wrapped up an incredible birthday getaway at V Villas in Phuket, and wow, I'm already planning my next visit! Here's the scoop on why this place rocked my world: **WORD CLASS SERVICES:** Right from the start, we were assigned a butler named Jay, who was amazing. He was on point with everything – from recommending tourist spots to providing super quick responses and timely services. Jay made our stay smooth and enjoyable! **THE ROOM:** I've stayed in many luxurious villas, but this was something else. We opted for a seaview room, and it was a game-changer. High privacy, soaring ceilings, and a private pool – it's a must-try. Trust me, you won't be disappointed! **SMART TOUCHES:** These folks are attentive! They noticed it was for a birthday celebration just by checking our passports during check-in. Talk about being observant! **LOCATION:** The hotel is conveniently close to the old market, just a 20-minute Grab ride away. Super convenient for a bit of local shopping and exploring. **BEACH ACCESS:** Fancy a quick trip to the beach? The hotel arranges a buggie to take you directly there. Super nice service, and it's all about the little luxuries! **FOOD:** Let's talk about the food because it deserves a shoutout. It's common for hotels with great facilities to skimp on the food, but not here. Every meal was delicious – a foodie's paradise! **THE BED:** As someone super picky about beds, I can honestly say I had some of the best nights' sleep here. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the sheets were just so smooth. **TIP:** Definitely go for the seaview room with the private pool. It elevates the whole experience!

The property was extremely clean and they kept it that way till the end. The bungalow was much better than the pictures given, so that was a plus for us. There was a lot of greenery around and the property was extremely well maintained. Definitely stay here if you want a peaceful holiday away from all the hustle.

I loved! 🥰 The place is very beautiful. The plants, the birds, the view, everything is clean and aesthetically beautiful. You have to climb stairs, but that helps to exercise and after two days you can see the results, they also help you with your bags, so it's not a problem. It has stairs and a ramp, I have knee problems and I had no problems because I went up and down the ramp. It is located in a quiet area at night, so you arrive exhausted from the day and sleep like a baby, you can order food and they bring it to your room. I liked the food that I can order there more than that of other restaurants, the beach is very close, the yoga center is also next door and there are many shops and places to exchange money or ATMs nearby. Nearby there is a pharmacy store, candy store, replica stores, there are bars, restaurants, a massage place and a laundry. The customer service is the best, we loved it, they care that you feel good, we hired the taxi service with them and they always made us feel very good. Before our arrival, they were already aware of us and we communicated by messages. Nearby there are many resorts but none next to the beach and I prefer personalized attention than a resort where they cannot give you a quality service like here, the service was excellent, I take to my heart the kindness with which they treated us. I thought that my days in Phuket would be boring so I decided for the best area, kata, but I never thought that I would love this place so much and there are two very cute cats there to say hello. There is also an iguana that greeted us from the palm tree. The place is very central but calm.

Staff was very accommodating when we arrived earlier than the check-in time. They helped with first aid when one of us had a minor wound. Daily cleaning kept the rooms very clean throughout the stay. The pool is big too.
