This one is definitely a hidden place! I don't know where to start. The family is so friendly and welcoming. They took a lot of time to show us the area, explain the culture and spent time with us. In the evening they would even play card or board games with our children. They do have a large cave on their property which you can discover with them. That's pretty awesome. My children now believe that Batman lives in Thailand. All typical trips around the jungle and the lake can easily be organized. No need to worry that this might be complicated. The food was also very delicious, the family cooked for us and gave recommendations what to try to dive into the Thai eating culture. For the children there was enough western food to make it easy going for them also. There is plenty of entertainment on their property also: feeding large fish, searching shrimps, playing in the small natural pool, running around in the garden, searching frogs and playing games. To round this up, the hotel is very silent, no other tourists around as the hotel is the only one in the area and has three tiny houses only which is very relaxing.

The hostel and especially the staff is amazing. Special thanks to Mai and Sasa, they were so sweet, helpful and always had a smile for all the guests, bathrooms were spotless clean, cosy comfortable beds, nice little garden area, relaxing atmosphere in general. The park is huge and amazing! So much to do and see.

The park is huge and amazing! So much to do and see. What I didn’t like was the entry sign with the discriminatory fees listed. In English, “ Foreigners 200 baht “, then, written in Thai, “ Thai citizens 40 baht “.

The rooms are basic but clean. The food was very good and very affordable, but the star is the surrounding jungle which the whole resort is designed to get you close to. Booked a massage for me and my wife which I would not recommend.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. So much peace and tranquility, in the middle of nowhere to just relax battery reset. Very handy having a free shuttle bus into the local town. I would 100% stay here again. Also did the tubing with the man from the hotel it was absolutely fantastic! We did it at 8am so there was nobody else out on the lake or around and so it was just us tubing down the river looking at and listening to the incredible wildlife.

Apologies if I have mis-spelled, but Pla and her two children were amazing hosts. It genuinely felt like a home stay. They were so nice and accommodating. Pla helped me organise all of my tours and would always be available to help me with any questions or queries I had. She was absolutely amazing and I would definitely recommend anyone who wants to visit Khao Sok, its national parks and other to do's, to stay here!

We stayed here for one night and booked our trip to Khao Sok National Park through Chillax. The staff were super accommodating we left our luggage here throughout the trip and could even use the facilities on our return! The room was clean and nicely decorated, with a shared bathroom - great value for money. The hotel also booked our onward travel for us, it was a smooth process and really recommend!

the hotel is located on a crossing point between 2 creeks and on the edge of the Khao Sok national park. nature is all around this hotel, we have seen monkeys playing in the garden, otters swimming up creek to the park, we could hear birds and look at fog surrounded trees from the forest. the staff is friendly and kind. There is a big pool where we hung out for a day in the sun.
