The staff is very friendy. The room is large and location is right next to beach. The hotel can help to arrange the taxi which is cheaper. There are free wifi and happy bar with some drink and snack. Overall, the price and the service are very good.

What not to like, we ended up staying even more. The staff is a very sweet family and are so friendly, they make amazing coffee, they always help out with your questions, getting around, going to your next destination. Great value for money, amazing location, multiple wifi options if one is out of range, clean facilities and would love to come back here again

Hotel is located near Haad Rin Beach where Full Moon parties occur. There are shops, restaurants and other amenities nearby. Hotel was great, staff was helpful with information and also helped us with our baggage. Room was big enough for us, AC was working, there was also a fridge in the room. There is also a pool which we only used once. We walked to Leela Beach (totally recommend!) and Sunset Beach. We arrived from Koh Samui to Haad Rin Pier and walked easily to the hotel. A lovely lady working at the reception helped us book a transportation from the hotel to Thong Sala Pier and then to Surat Thani Train Station.

Decent place! The staff are friendly and very helpful. It was clean, had a pool, and is very close to the full moon party beach, but still far enough away to skip all the noise at night. Restaurants and bars are nearby, and all the rooms have balconies.

Haad Rin is a beautiful beach with plenty of bars and...

Haad Rin is a beautiful beach with plenty of bars and restaurants lining the shore and lots of shops, restaurants around the strip. During Full Moon week, the atmosphere gets wild—every venue competes with fire shows and loud music, creating a chaotic but energetic vibe. I imagine the off-season must be much more relaxing, though I haven’t experienced it myself. Personally, I found the Full Moon Party a bit disappointing, though that might be due to my expectations. I'm 40+, and I was hoping for a more organized event with better music and a diverse crowd—people of all ages from different parts of the world. Instead, it felt more like a chaotic gathering of mostly very young partygoers (early 20s), primarily from England, Germany, and Denmark, whose main focus seemed to be drinking and drugs. In November 2025, the original party was canceled due to the passing of the King’s mother, so I can’t speak to the usual experience.

Not the nicest part of island.

Not the nicest part of island. Geared towards full moon party, laughing gas and fire shows. Quiet when not full moon in a nice way but the town is run down. Haad Rin beach is beautiful though. Saw quite a few families which was nice. Rented our bike from here and explored the island for a few days. Road between Haad Rin and Thong Sala and everywhere else on the East/West of the island is very steep hills to ride by bike.

I was expecting Haad Rin to be more crowded, dirty, and over...

I was expecting Haad Rin to be more crowded, dirty, and over touristy. But it wasn't! Yes, there are plenty of shops and bars and the streets are a little lively, but the beach itself is spacious, clean, and so relaxing. We aren't partiers and we had a fantastic stay in this area.

In my opinion, Had Rin is not suitable for families at all, but only for young people who like to lie on the beach most of the day and wait for the full moon parties. The best beaches are: Koh Ma Beach, Secret Beach, Malibu Beach Those who want a luxurious treat should go to the Anantara Rasananda at the northern end of Copenhagen.

The beach was lovely & was cleaned every morning. The sea was warm & crystal clear. There were bars & restaurants on the beach & a nightly fire show. Also many little walkways from the beach leading to more bars, restaurants, shops & places to book travel/trips

The beds are comfortable, and the rooms have everything you need. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, always willing to help. The rooms are cleaned multiple times a day, and everything is kept very tidy. The hostel is ideally located right on Haad Rin Beach, making it perfect for the Full Moon Party – just be prepared for a night without sleep! The shower and toilet are separate, with good water pressure and hot water. The restaurant serves delicious food, and I would definitely stay here again.

Resort is absolutely stunning. The villas are modern and very spacious. The beach is beautiful and quiet. Hard to believe that busy Haad Rin is around the corner. Hotel offers shuttle service to Haad Rin, which we didn’t use. We would recommend a scooter to be flexible. Breakfast is very good and has everything you need. 300 THB per person. Fair price! The staff is lovely and super kind! Beautiful pool and also nice sunset rooftop bar.

this hostel is really worth it, stunning view, comfy bed/ nice sheets/ towel with a real intimacy thanks to thick curtains. The staff is really kind and helpful. The location is great as you’re near haad rin activities but it is isolated from the music and noise of beach clubs so even if you like quiet and peace you definitely can enjoy the terrace day and night. One of the best hostel I have been to!
