This property exceeded my expectation, take into consideration that this is a 3 star hotel, the price that you pay cannot be compared to a 4 or 5 star. We need to rate them based on the same 3 star hotel. I have i walk down the entire stretch toward fisherman village , wanting to move to another hotel newer or closer to fisherman village, after my 5 day stay, but i have decided to book another 8 more days here. Reason 1- location is only 20 mins to fisherman village (many said its far, not that far, you can choose to take a shuttle bus too only 50 baht) walk by the beach front much shorter or walk by the main road about 20 mins, good to clock my steps. 2- i have a seaview room, i wake up listening to the sound of the wave which not many hotel along this stretch you can get even if you pay 4 x more the amount per night. Most of the other hotel do not have beach front or seaview unless you take one of these pool villa that cost way to much for long term stay. 3- wifi is super good, not many hotels around that i have read, all the review alot of them have bad wifi. 4-Hotel property is so well kept, lots of staff they are keeping the place clean and neat (I have read alot of hotel next door, have not enough staff and old and run down) This hotel is old but its clean after the pandemic , i am pretty surprise how well kept they keep them. 5- All the service crew from reception till the house keeping, they are all very polite and always greeting. 6- You have really beach front view at the restaurant or by the pool, or if you book a seaview room. Although this period the water comes too close upshore so no good for a swim . Have to walk down the beach a little, not an issue

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel, would definitely stay again! Rooms are very new and modern, bed is super comfortable. Beach is shared only with a few other hotels nearby, so it's always quiet and relaxing. Pool is also nice and big. Hotel restaurant is delicious and has fair prices compared to outside restaurants. Location is excellent. There are restaurants, cafes, etc.. a few minutes walk from the hotel. And the city center is about a 25 minute walk or 5 minute ride. Only improvement would be the shower, pressure is quite weak and water isn't always hot.
