everything was very clean, the house, the towels, the beds, plates, microwave,... quiet place on top. Not far away, next street restaurants, bars and a 7/11.

We stayed 4 nights, Smooth check in / check out process. Room was comfortable and spacious, came with balcony and clean en-suite. House keeping very thorough with cleaning each day. Breakfast was good and staff were courteous. There is a pool and gym, which we never used. In general, we had a pleasant stay - location might be far from city centre but worked for us, 7/11 across the road and plenty of eateries near by.

The whole experience was incredible. To find a genuine sanctuary doing genuine work took some research but was so worth it. Very inspiring and wonderful to see so many beautiful rescued animals.
