The host was very responsive and the rooms are huge with large beds and a smart TV. Internet connection and wifi were strong with average speed up to 200mb! The view from the large balcony was fantastic.

Customer orientation, service at the highest level. The villas are very cozy and beautiful, you can order anything from drinks to massage directly to your villa. It so happened that one day we were severely poisoned (for the first time in Thailand, it happens : D), the villa workers treated us with understanding, went to the pharmacy and bought us the necessary medicines, as well as gave some instructions for their use. We are very glad that we chose these pitchforks, if we are in Patong again, we will definitely choose you again.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Very satisfied with my stay! Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was new and clean. Great location—walking distance to Patong Beach and close to the mall. Conveniently located on the main road, though there was a little traffic noise. Overall, an excellent stay!

It was nice and lovely.

It was nice and lovely. There were sun beds you could rent, and it could get a bit crowded, especially in the middle of sunny days. There were jet skis and parasailing activities to do on the beach, along with the possibility of ordering food and drinks. The only slight downside was the fact that every couple of minutes, local sellers would walk by and try to convince you to buy their handmade products, and would continue to come back even after you said no once.

The hotel location was perfect for me.

The hotel location was perfect for me. Beach, cafe, convenient store and local shops are just across the street. We love the pool. Staffs were amazing-prepared my daughter’s bed that made memorable on her birthday. The only thing that disappoint me was the bed, not soft and comfy for someone with back problems. Rooms weren’t sound proof. Can hear the noise of other guests and banging of doors. They should include sweeping / mopping the room everyday.

I personally didn't like Patong Beach, neither the beach...

I personally didn't like Patong Beach, neither the beach itself (very average), nor the town, actually especially I didn't like the town, too many massage parlours with women trying to lure you in all the time, too many people asking you if you are interested in beach activities, etc., too many cannabis shops, too many (expensive) restaurants with staff members on the pavement harassing you trying to convince you to have a meal there. Definitely choosing to stay at Patong Beachit was a wrong choice for me, luckily my hotel reservation was only for 2x nights. Never again!

For shopping, you’ll find everything from local markets to malls like Jungceylon, but be prepared for slightly higher prices compared to other parts of Phuket. Accommodation ranges from budget hostels to luxury resorts, and it's best to book in advance during peak times. Overall, Patong Beach is great for those looking for action, but it may not be ideal if you're after a quiet, peaceful retreat.

There are lots of stalls for bargain hunters, heaps of food options and of course a variety of nightlife spots to keep you entertained. Choose your timing, if you want to avoid crowds then don't go in the evening. You can book all your tours at one of the many outlets. And you'll find the best exchange rates at the currency exchange booths. Be prepared for people to be constantly trying to get your attention for goods and services. I'd recommend doing at least one island tour, go to Old Phuket Town and treat the elephants to a delightful scrub.

Patong Beach is full of life — clean water, soft sand, and always something happening around. You’ll find beach activities all day and a great vibe in the evening with music and food stalls nearby. It can get a bit crowded, especially around sunset, but that’s part of the energy that makes Patong fun. Perfect spot if you like a mix of relaxation and nightlife.

Very nice for a first stop in Phuket. Despite the road passing by in front of the hotel, the place is relatively quiet at night. It is far away from all Patong craziness and you can still reach out everything (supermarkets, restaurants, beach) by just walking 5mn. The room was big, clean and neat - I really liked its atmosphere and the shower. Last but not least, all the employees incl. the cleaning staff were very welcoming !

A comfortable boutique hotel in the back streets of Phuket but only a 20-minute walk to Bangla St and to the beach ( once you negotiate crossing the busy roads!). Lots of restaurants nearby and the cafe next door serve the best espresso and good breakfast. Also close to Jungceylon shopping centre if you need a mall. The hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly.

We absolutely loved this hotel, very modern and spacious rooms with a balcony overlooking the pool. The breakfast buffet was nice and the location was perfect, right on the beach and right in the heart in Phuket only a 5 minute walk from Bangla road. The swimming pool was lovely and huge with a swim up bar which we enjoyed.
