High quality furnitures and finishing. The mood is peaceful and comfortable. Very well maintained as you can see the staff tidying the area daily. Service is impeccable. Assistance with small request to taking note of things that might be beyond our expectations, such as pushing for our beverage to be prepared in a jiffy (for take away) when our airport transport is arriving.

Very clean, well maintained, super friendly staff who were very accommodating. The location is far from the city but this is what I preferred. Hang Dong has a great food market and supermarket shops around, it's easy to get arpund if you have your own transport.

We loved our time here! The staff were so nice and helpful. The room was lovely and very clean. The pool was amazing and clean and there was a baby pool for our smallest which was great. We would definitely return and recommend for families especially.

This place is a piece of paradise! It was such a green and serene and relaxed area and the rooms were tidy, clean and with good airconditioning and mattrass. The pool is cool and chill to hang out in. The owners are there to help out with whatever you need, giving lots of suggestions on things to do in the area and checking in with you if you feel slightly under the weather. It was also easy to rent a scooter from them. It was our home away from home. Thank you and we will be back!

Peaceful Retreat in Chiang Mai Our stay at this newly built villa surrounded by jungle and farming land was wonderful. Everything was spotless and new, and the views were absolutely stunning. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, greeting us warmly upon arrival—even with our last-minute, late-night booking—and preparing a delicious meal for us. They even waved us off when we left, which made the experience feel extra special. We needed to check out extra early, and the hosts thoughtfully accommodated this by preparing breakfast for us, which we enjoyed while watching the sunrise. It was a magical moment that truly made our stay unforgettable. Whilst the villa is secure, as with anywhere in Thailand, there can occasionally be unwanted insects. We had bug spray with us, so it wasn’t an issue, but we’re sure that if we had mentioned it to the hosts, they would have had some on hand and handled it right away. The serene surroundings and peaceful atmosphere made this an incredible escape. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax and enjoy Thailand’s natural beauty!

We absolutely loved our stay! It was so much more than a typical homestay—it felt like the perfect blend of living with friends, family, and the comfort of a hotel, all in one. Nicha and Ood took great care of us, making us feel truly at home. The space was incredibly spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary facilities. A special highlight was the pool table, which not only added to the fun but also created a great opportunity to meet and connect with other guests.
