I have finished here my 40 days travel around Thailand and this is the best accommodation I had. Host (and the family) is very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Room had everything I needed - tea/coffee maker, mugs and glass, working desk, night lamp, drawers, AC, refrigerator, TV, enough clothes hangers, etc. They really thought of every detail. Location is bit further from the centre, but in quiet neighborhood. Room is cleaned every 2 days providing water, toilet paper, clean towels, and sheets (if needed). Price is also very reasonable, 100% recommend.

From the moment we arrived we were warmly greeted and welcomed by Bancha. He gave us a map and showed us recommendations of the area and all amenities. We wouldnt have known about the light and sound clocktower that goes off at 7, 8 and 9pm, the free tram that brings you too places you'd never think of seeing (highly recommend), the flower festival was amazing. We booked a tour at reception which was such an enjoyable day out, well worth the money, we paid 1000 bhat each, which included van pick up at the hotel at 8:15 and we were out for the whole day until 6:30pm. We got to visit white temple, blue temple, tea plantation, golden triangle, opium museum and many more stops, a lovely buffet lunch was also included, and the tour guide was such a laugh. There's a 7 eleven just 2 minutes up the road. Bancha was very kind and offered us extra blankets, pillows and towels. 2 glass bottles of water every morning outside our door was so thoughtful. The room was super clean, had a fridge, tv and balcony. Lovely shower. Can not recommend this place enough Bancha was an exceptional host. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.
