Super new, modern and stylish. All staff were very kind and helpful. Special shout out to reception and SPA (which was top notch btw). The room was very nice, quiet and spacious (comfy beds). Breakfast excellent - with so much choice! We loved that it’s new and not too many people have discovered this place yet! We have extended our stay in this resort :-)

This is a beautiful property nestled by the river. Inn, the owner of BanTonRuk was especially kind in making sure I had all the facilities. He speaks great English! He even arranged for a taxi for an unconventional and distant site-seeing. He made sure he was available for all my queries or concerns. And even offered to help over the phone if I had any need for translation! The property is not very far from the Bus station, and young travelers can reach from there by walk. But smaller tuktuks are available for cheap. There is also a mall and a petrol bunk close by.

Great hotel. Owners were fantastic, turned up with no transport and the staff let me and my friend use their personal motorbike so we could go to the shop.. After I checked out I realised I left my Apple Watch in the room. They sent it in the post to Koa Samui the same day and it arrived at my next hotel the next day. Superb customer service.

It is a great place for those who are seeking a calm and peaceful stay. The territory is pretty big, with comfortable Thai style villas around the lake. There is a pool, a private beach (about 400 m from the property), and a beach bar. While traveling during the rainy season, be ready that the main restaurant will be closed and only beach bar and restaurant will be available. The staff is super welcoming, kind, and helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at Bansak Village. The property is very well maintained, extremely clean, and the breakfast fully meets all expectations. You can also enjoy great dinners at the beach. The rooms are beautifully furnished and exactly as shown in the pictures. The size of the property is perfect for truly relaxing. We initially checked in for just one night, but kept extending our stay and ended up staying a total of six nights because we felt so incredibly comfortable. The entire team is especially friendly and exceptionally helpful. Our heartfelt thanks go to the whole team and in particular to Jeab and Cha Cha. We truly had a wonderful time here!
