I liked the privacy and trust by BAAN 125. We felt like we were staying in our own appartment without constant bother by other guests or staff. Cleaning staff were giggly and very helpful, hotel staff communicated via WhatsApp and they were very helpful even i boiled on a wrong date one night they accommodated our needs by offering hotel room last minute action. We had a wonderful stay at VIVACE Hotel in Phuket and I honestly can’t recommend it enough definitely a well-deserved five stars. The room was spotless and well-maintained, making it ideal for families who are looking for a clean and quiet place to relax. This is not a party spot for teenagers, but rather a calm and peaceful environment that suits families perfectly. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly always ready to assist with anything we needed, no matter how small. It made a big difference and added a warm, welcoming touch to our stay. They are genuinely generous and hospitable. One thing that really impressed us: after checking out, we realized we had forgotten something in the room. Without hesitation, they sent it to us by motorcycle straight to the airport! That level of care and service is rare and truly appreciated. They also offer daily laundry service they’ll collect your clothes and have them washed and returned the very next day. Everything came back perfectly, and nothing ever went missing. The location is also super convenient. On one side, you have Big C Market (like Walmart), 7-Eleven, and a few pharmacies all within walking distance. On the other side, it’s only about a six-minute walk to the beach. Overall, VIVACE Hotel is an absolute gem for families looking for comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality. Highly recommended!
