The staff, even though it was a bit difficult to understand each other, made the whole experience unique. Very clean and well located. Food is also very nice along with the breathtaking views.

There is a very efficient air conditioner. The bathroom is spacious and clean. It is a very quiet environment, so you can sleep well at night. It is about 5 minutes to the bus terminal. It is also close to restaurants along the river. It is 1 minute to the convenience store.

Cheap affordable and clean. No hassles checking in, paying or booking. The staff went out of their way to help. Yeh, it's no five star but for 25 bucks a night Aus it is a steal. To be frank, I stay only in 5 star normally. I am very fussy. So if I say it's good, don't worry, it's good. Basic, but I extended my stay for 2 weeks, so that shows. If your on a budget - this is your place.

Small Oasis. Stayed 2 times in the bungalows going in and out of Laos. Walking distance to the train station 300m. About a 2km walk to the Mekong boardwalk. Pool area is very nice with various trees and plants growing around it.
