Mr. Phow the owner is an excellent and friendly host This is a homestay and not a hotel and if you want to experience day to day Thai life, this is the place tp stay. Set in beautiful rural location, near the river, have a dip and enjoy. Phow also has a passion for gardening with a spacious interesting garden to explore. Near by is the Bat Mountain, watch millions of bats surface when the sun goes down, a wonderful sight to experience. Enjoy a meal and drink at the mountain restaurant. Take an early morning visit and boat trip on Bueng Boraphet Swamp Lake, spectacular if you want to see the Pink Lotus flowers and abundant bird life. My advice is to pre book this outing. Lastly Nakhom Sawan and local countryside also has some interesting temples to visit.

Staff and place were so nice. You have to really like nature because it’s in the middle of fields… I personally love hearing birds early in the morning, so perfect to me. Even when they hide in the roof, it’s just cute noise.

I received a warm welcome from the owners. The property is not big but safe and very convenience to walk to the city center. I booked 5 rooms. Every room is clean with standard facilities such as refrigerator, soap & shampoo, hair driers, smart TV etc. Breakfasts, Thai's style, are nice and delicious. Feel like staying home while receiving high service quality like large hotel.

The whole experience was fantastic. There was only a slight hiccup in the beginning with some confusion about what the room offered online, however that was quickly fixed and with little to no complication at all. Host was on point with everything and was just amazing.
