The staff were AMAZING!!! They spent lots of time with us to really help with our needs. They hand drew us maps, they helped us install apps on our phone so we could book our own transport. They helped us navigate apps to order meals to be delivered to the hotel. They supported our dietary requirements at breakfast. We stayed for nearly a week and staff even gave us lovely treats! Staff built relationships with their guests. I have never seen more amazing customer service. The rooms are VERY spacious with lots of places to spread your belongings out. The bathrooms also have plenty of room. There is a convenience shop across the road. It is a short drive/walk to the main street where there is local Thai food or a short taxi to an air-conditioned restaurant offering Thai food. The big Lotus shop is only a short taxi ride away.

My stay at the Eco Inn in Udon Ratchathani was truly exceptional. The eco-friendly atmosphere and sustainability initiatives were impressive. Close to airport 2 minutes the staff reception brilliant rooms. Really clean big too .the restaurant opposite spectacular food. And drink cheap .the pool did not go in but clean .no seating good enough to sit on but clean
