From the point we stepped in the property, we received very warm welcome from all the staffs. They always wear their smile on their faces and warm greetings are always followed. The atmosphere is relaxing and room is super comfortable. Location is a bit away from the centre but it's not a concern for me as having self-drive in Chiang Mai is very convenient.

This hotel is located a bit from the hustle and bussle surrounding the old city area. It sits on the brink of the river with a nice garden and a lap pool and gym overlooking the river. The middle of the outside area are dominated by a huge and old banyan tree providing shade for the outside tables and chairs of the restaurant. Sitting here you can watch the boats go by while the birds chirp in the background. Loved that! The restaurant provides local and western dishes and they do it very well indeed. Try having your dinner in the garden right next to the floating river. Magical. The breakfast offers western and Thai dishes of good quality. My room.looked fresh and new and kept very clean every day. The deep blue walls had pieces of art which just increased the overall experience. I even had my own nespresso coffee maker with daily refills. The luxury is in the details. The hotel offers access to washing machines and dryers at a decent price, which is great given the hotel's fairly remote location.
