We got a wonderful upgrade to a 200 sqm seaview suite, without asking anything! This was so amazing, the bedroom with a panorama view on the sea and the swimming pool, only just the kitchen felt like a cathedral!

Ideally located , not directly on the beach so quiet at night (no noise from bars and restaurants), Kamala beach is at a 5 minutes walk from the hotel, as is a local market and a supermarket. Staff has been really friendly and excellent at helping us in any activity we wanted to try (renting a scooter and go to the waterfalls, booking tickets for Muay Thai at the stadium)

The ladies at the front desk were always with a smile on their face, trying their best to make our stay very pleasant. The hotel is extremely clean, the cleaning in the room was made daily, bedsheets and towels changed every single day. Free replacement of water daily. AC working perfectly as well as the hot water (at any hour). Room was big enough for us as we didn't spend much time inside. As for location, about 8min to the beach and 10min to the busy center, 15min to the banzaan bazaar. Very nice and cheap local restaurants around

Within walking distance of downtown and the beach. Although located on a busy road you hear no noise at all in the rooms. The design of the rooms is very special; actually they are kind of stacked containers with all the amenities. The rooms are squeaky clean. The staff is very friendly and do their best to make you feel comfortable. Good food in the restaurant too.

My room >>> B31 <<<Great price performance ratio. For this amount of money, you get air-conditioned room, WiFi 20Mbps, fridge, towels, water bottles, fresh mattress and liquid soap (no conditioner). The hotel is for sure in the budget segment, but it is newly renovated, so all the important things you interact with are new and clean. Mia, the administrator, is very responsive and helpful. Also, location it is on the edge of the city away from overpriced places. It is surrounded by local food and gives you opportunity to see how locals live before you reach the beach. This is the place/ base to pick if you are planning to rent a scooter and explore (there is scooter rent next alley)
