The people that run this hotel are EXTREMELY helpful! The hotel is situated in a less touristic area. Beacause of that, it was not so easy for me to find a taxi. No problem: the staff helped me patiently by arranging a taxi themselves via messages on forehand. When on the evenening of my arrival, it was raining, I wasn't in the possibility to find a restaurant between the station and the hotel. The very friendly staff member at the front desk was so kind to offer me some food she bought at the local market to come trough her night shift. Such fantastic people and a what a nice place to stay :-)

Stunning place to stay! Met on arrival by the sweetest ladies who wrangle your luggage to your room. All activities are included in your room price. The room had the most beautiful bathroom with a huge bathtub, the bed was so comfortable, the view of the mountain, stunning, the food at the restaurant, complimentary buffet breakfast and room service, all quality prepared food. Quiet, and relaxing and too short of a stay. Definitely recommend.

Well run hotel credit to the management and the team all staff polite and courteous the young lady who works in the restaurant Ninwan was pleasant she was very informative about the hotel and the surrounding area good to have staff friendly like that maybe should give her a job on front desk 🙏🙏. We went to Khao Yai for a wine tasting tour. Decided to stay here because it seemed like good value. It was exceptional. There's a wonderful amount of space and privacy. The breakfast they arranged for us (vegetarian) was lovely and they delivered it right to our room so we could have it on the front patio. The manager of the resort also arranged to drive us to the train station after checkout. Would very happily stay there next time we're in Khao Yai.
