Great location, right in the middle of town, so easy access to food and shops. Service station 1 minute drive away and 7 Eleven was 5 mins walk. Room was immaculately clean. Bed was comfortable. Aircon and fan worked well. Wifi was strong.

The rooms were small and cozy and great value for money, there was a small breakfast provided in the morning. The staff were very kind and honest, one even ran after our car as we were leaving as I left my AirPods in the room, very kind of him.

What a beautiful, clean place in a quiet yet central location. We stayed in a private room, but the accomodation also has dorms, which makes it social but still private. We were greeted by Pon, the delightful pocket rocket host who does everything from greet you, clean the guesthouse and provide you with endless supplies of bananas, oranges, water and toilet paper. In the downstairs area there is also hot water, tea, coffee, bread and jam. The private room had everything from a balcony to a mat to outdoor table and chairs, a clothes drying space and rack and hairdryer. The bed was firm with a mattress topper (we like firm beds), but pleasssssssse stop complaining about hard beds. This is Asia, you either need to not travel here or stay in the Hilton. The number of reviews I read that say that the beds are hard is ridiculous. If the mattress is not worn and clean, it's simply ... Asia! Pon always greets you with a smile, and although she does not speak much English, she is awesome on the translator (as I am with my three word Thai vocabulary). If needed, she will also call her daughter who lives overseas and who speaks good English. Let's always remember that we are guests in someone else's country and that expecting them to speak our language is a bit arrogant. I would both come back and highly recommend Mae Sariang Home. Loved the view of the river from the balcony; the bed was comfy, breakfast was delicious, and the bathroom was clean. Overall, a truly enjoyable experience. Also see the third photo: I think it's a fair request, and I'm amazed at how politely they're stating their case.

Situated along Yuam River, River House Resort features cosy rooms with modern interiors. Offering free on-site parking facilities, it is a 30-minute ride from sunflower fields of Doi Mae Ho.

If could give hotel 11 o/o 10 i would. Was gamble to spend 8 nts, but turned out better than expected. All facilities met requirements, incl. shower which properly hot + super powerful - very refreshing. Whole trip mix of pleasure & work so location ideal as quiet for report writing, etc. for employer in BKK. Lovely view over river Yuam. Restaurant 'Coriander in Redwood' couple of buildings up for great meals. Think it's owned by same company. Also excellent roti stand about 200m further up. Not sure when opens, possibly 17.30 hrs., but closes 20.30 hrs. Mae Sariang is maybe awkward to travel to but definitely worth effort. We broke journey to MS by overnighting in Mae Sot and then for return to BKK in Kamphaeng Phet.

Location about 700m from main street. Quiet. Top notch accomadation. Great surroundings and pool was terrific.
