Just a year since opening the place already shows signs of aging. Pool is small, breakfast very basic - if u don‘t like soup in the morning u get 2 slices of toast and the usual tiny packets of butter and jam. No extras available. - stuff hardly speaks any English. Ok for 3 days maybe if u don’t have great expectations.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We stayed at the Jacuzzi Pool Villa Pattaya from the 23rd until today, and the stay went smoothly from beginning to end. The villa offered a calm and private environment, which made the experience comfortable and relaxed throughout our time there. The location worked well for us. Access stayed easy, the surroundings felt quiet, and privacy stayed intact. The setting suited both rest and time spent at the villa without outside disturbance. Check in and check out felt organized and straightforward. Communication with the host, Mr Daniel, stayed clear and respectful at all times. Responses came on time, and support stayed available whenever needed, which helped the stay feel well managed. Cleanliness met expectations. The villa arrived clean, the pool and jacuzzi stayed in good condition, and the general upkeep showed consistent care. The rooms felt comfortable and practical, with air conditioning working well and allowing good rest each night. The amenities added strong value to the stay. The private pool and jacuzzi worked properly throughout, and the kitchen setup covered daily needs without issue. The space felt safe and secure, making the stay suitable for families and couples alike. Overall, the experience delivered comfort, privacy, and reliability. The value matched the quality offered, and the stay felt balanced and stress free. We appreciated the hospitality and would gladly return again in the future.

I liked being out of the city - even though it takes a while...

I liked being out of the city - even though it takes a while to get there. I like that I didn't have to go through security. It would have been nice to have actual numbers on the outside of the units (any of the village!) because the map location was for the unit in front of it. Thankfully the lady who designed and built the house also lives next to the unit and saw me. Took me in for a personal tour of the space - fantastic.

This is an up and coming part of Pattaya City, close enough...

This is an up and coming part of Pattaya City, close enough to be convenient but distant enough to be quiet and comfortable. It's still original with a countryside vibe, but rumors have it that there is a plan to build Pattaya New City here.
