First and foremost the host Saow and her husband Gaetano were amazing people. Very friendly, kind and helpful about everything. The place was beautiful, the room was big , clean and comfortable. And finally the breakfast was fantastic. We will definitely recommend this place and we will go back at the next opportunity.

Everything. This was the best hotel we've ever stayed in, period. Our stay was fabulous. The staff is so friendly, so attentive, and very respectful. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. On top of it we received an upgrade for the room.They just topped it off with all the details: every day fresh water, every day your room gets cleaned, the breakfast was the best we've had throughout our journey in Thailand, they even "design" the scrambled eggs on your plate with a little fresh flower, they bring you fresh fruit to the pool. They take the leaves out of the pool like the moment it drops ;) Also the other food and cocktails are very good. They help you find whatever you're looking for in terms of daytrips, transport, etc. What a lovely hospitable team of staff they have, they really engage in a real conversation! And besides that the hotel lies in a great location on walking distance to the centre of Chiang Rai and the Saturday market is around the corner of the hotel. I would return to this hotel in a heartbeat, and when we return to Thailand, we will return to Mora Hotel.

Amazing stay, 15 minutes from the White Temple. The rooms are very clean and big, with a great view over the rice fields. The personnel was very nice and helpful. We also took bikes to go to the White Temple, it was very quick. Perfect for a quiet stay
