The venue is gorgeous in a beautiful Japandi design style. The rooms were great. However, the hotel manager (I think that’s her role), Ying, was the best part of the experience. She made outstanding efforts to help us get around, which wasn’t easy since we were there during the Yi Peng festival (another great experience) and just made us feel so welcome. Thank you so much

This hotel is located a bit from the hustle and bussle surrounding the old city area. It sits on the brink of the river with a nice garden and a lap pool and gym overlooking the river. The middle of the outside area are dominated by a huge and old banyan tree providing shade for the outside tables and chairs of the restaurant. Sitting here you can watch the boats go by while the birds chirp in the background. Loved that! The restaurant provides local and western dishes and they do it very well indeed. Try having your dinner in the garden right next to the floating river. Magical. The breakfast offers western and Thai dishes of good quality. My room.looked fresh and new and kept very clean every day. The deep blue walls had pieces of art which just increased the overall experience. I even had my own nespresso coffee maker with daily refills. The luxury is in the details. The hotel offers access to washing machines and dryers at a decent price, which is great given the hotel's fairly remote location.

Stayed here for three nights - overall extraordinary experience. It's a perfect getaway if you want to stay away from the crowd in Chiang Mai. As small as the hotel gets, you can still stay at the property for two entire days without thinking to leave. Although it was really pricey for New Year's eve, the hotel prepared a fancy night dinner + outdoor party + fireworks for every guests who want to be part of it, for free. Staffs are of course friendly. The place is well maintained and with good taste - got lots of photo taken.

Location a bit outside of the old city center of Chiang Mai approx. 20 min. walking distance in an authentic local neighbourhood with a market nearby. The staff was super nice and helpful with any reuqest we had, and the breakfast was also very good with a varied selection. Overall great value for money.

Minimal place, Good use of space, very clean, very friendly staff and ready to help with any question I had. Also when I had to leave earlier due to an emergency they did the best to help me out. On top of that they let my roadbike into the area of the lobby with no hesitationn or complains. I highly recommend this hostel-motel for short or long stay.

The quiet atmosphere made it easy to fall asleep and it was lovely to wake up and look out the window and see the green mountains in the near distance. The blue welcome drink was a refreshing treat. The American and Thai food offered at the hotel was tasty. The hotel provides basic amenities like toothbrushes and soap, as well as a mini fridge, a hot water kettle, and tea and coffee. Our group is looking forward to returning for a future stay at this hotel.
