The property is extremely beautiful and clean. It seemed like it was a new property as the rooms were in great condition and the television looked new. There is a beautiful river-facing patio with seating arrangements, which was great for short strolls or a meal. The location is also great, being walking distance from the main monuments in Ayuthaya. The hosts were also very gracious plus the free coffee was excellent.
