Everything was perfect! The staff is very friendly, and every morning we bought delicious coffee downstairs at the cafe in the same hotel. After long walks in Bangkok, we really had a rest at the hotel, perfect cleanliness in the room, daily cleaning, everything is new. Thank you for our comfortable stay at the Zen Master Hotel, we will definitely be back!

The location was great and the room was very clean. Room has all the basic necessities. The location was good too. The hotel was just like it appeared in the pictures and descriptions, and it's a great value for the price. I didnt heard this hotel before ı come to bangkok since it's not a chain hotel in Europe, so I had some doubts. But I would recommend it to anyone reading this. It's like an equivalent to IBIS budget but at half the price.

We stayed one night only as a group of 5 friends, the hotel is located in Sukhumvit and is very near a busy road. Unfortunately the sound isolation was not at its best and you could hear the car noises during the night, they had put some ear plugs on the night desk which I used as I am a very light sleeper. The rest was excellent, the beds very comfortable, everything very clean and the staff was very polte and helpful. All in all I would recommend this hotel as it is has a very good relationship between money and quality.

Everything was very clean, the staff was super friendly, the coffee they offered was free! The comfortable room, a bit noisy since the hotel is next to a highway. When we arrived we realized that the hotel was in the middle of nowhere, so we wanted to move from place, the staff helped us manage the reservation with booking to cancel what we had paid, they returned all the money and did not do any extra charge for cancellation. We really appreciate the attention and the management, since everything was very fast :)
