Super new, modern and stylish. All staff were very kind and helpful. Special shout out to reception and SPA (which was top notch btw). The room was very nice, quiet and spacious (comfy beds). Breakfast excellent - with so much choice! We loved that it’s new and not too many people have discovered this place yet! We have extended our stay in this resort :-)

Everything about JW Marriott Khao Lak Resort suites was top notch. Right from the accommodation (family of 4; availed a suite), the courteous staff, quality food and beverage outlets (Ta-Krai, Sakura, Olive, Sala and the Beach Bar restaurant), Quan spa, the 3 km long swimming pool, the facilities at the beach, various activities being arranged by the property were all very enjoyable during our week long stay. We will definitely return soon. Tip: Highly recommend the all meals plan with spa treatment package.

One of the best hotel stays in my life. Nice, big room, in pretty new hotel. Very good buffet breakfast, with both Thai and western food. Bicycles available to get to the beach, also scooter for rent at decent cost. And the service overall, they really try hard to make your holiday a great one.

This place is a little place of heaven. All details were just right; if you're looking for a personal touch, tranquility, beautiful nature, modern luxury; then look no further. A nice surprise for me was the small bird sanctuary around the corner, a lot of different species seen, from hummingbirds to eagles.

Ryan from the front office is a tremendous asset to the team—he is incredibly helpful, attentive, and goes above and beyond to ensure a great guest experience. Friendly stuff 🥰 Everyday cleaning in Villa. The breakfast is ordinary, but it was enough for us: egg station, Thai food, fruits, toasts, pancakes. The beach is about 10-15 min walk. There are free bicycles, but they are old ones. You can rent motorbikes per 350 bat at hotel or at the beach. There are two cafes on the beach. If you want to go somewhere else, it’s better to rent a bike. The nature and sea are awesome!
