My first accommodation on a month-long journey through El Salvador exceeded all my expectations. CASA V is a stunning, design-forward container project, with a giant mango tree in the yard that makes the whole space smell deliciously sweet. The place is cared by a beautiful, kind lady who makes you feel like at home. My cozy little room was just perfect – super comfy mattress, really nice energy around, and the option to order a typical breakfast for just five bucks, served with a smile and a good coffee, if you wish so. The water pressure in the shower was great, and the location? Just 20 steps from the most beautiful beach in El Salvador. I absolutely fell in love with this country thanks to this place. It was the best possible way to start my journey here. Leaving is hard, but I already can’t wait to come back.

Really lovely small resort with great pool, views of the ocean and really sweet, kind staff. Small bar serving drinks which was open until 10pm. The bungalow was stylishly decorated and well equipped.

The location of the property is very good. Ocean front. Breakfast was good. The restaurant serves excellent food and their own craft beer. We ate all our meals there because everything we had was excellent. Prices for the food and beer were very reasonable. We would go again if we return to El Savador!

This hotel is an absolute gem. It is in the perfect location to walk around town, and the restaurant and balconies have an incredible view of the river and beach. The staff are so friendly and helpful, and as women travelling on our own we felt really safe. The food at the restaurant is AMAZING, including the daily breakfast buffet. I would come back to this location again and again.
