Maison Fimela was the perfect place to end our trip to Senegal. It is nestled in a stunning location, the food was superb and the staff (including Chloe) were all hugely helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

Stuff is very friendly and helpful, we arrived in late evening so the kitchen was closed but they had no problem to do something to eat for us despite the hour. There is a restaurant with a wide options of food, swimming pool, a bar and open dinning area. The place is clean and comfortable especially for the local standards. It's suprising to see a place that nice in a small and non touristic town like Fatick.

Hôtel Les Cordons Bleus sits between the Gambia and the Saloum delta in Ndangane in southern Senegal. The outdoor swimming pool is surrounded by a furnished sun deck, which overlooks the delta.

Very friendly people and an authentic place in the mangroves. A tour through the mangroves is a must-have for every nature lover. An enormous variety of birds can be found there and if you are lucky you can also see dolphins. The view of the mangroves and the tides make the hotel a great place. There is a small jetty right near the hotel from which you can watch the sunset. The food is fresh, simple and delicious. Nothing is missing. We were treated well in English, although a good knowledge of French is generally useful for Senegal. A nice place to spend a few days!

The room is absolutely fantastic, so comfortable with a super comfy bed, air conditioning that works well, nice bathroom with good water pressure, and a bonus of a nice kitchen with everything you could need. On top of that, the location is great, with a beautiful view of sunrise and the river, lots of nice wind, close to the river and village. On top of that, there's a pool! And on that of that, Joseph and Penda and Alecia are wonderful hosts. Joseph is super nice, he'll take you everywhere and show you everything including his beautiful secret spots. I really enjoyed my stay and wanted to stay longer but it was booked up.
