A very peaceful & quite location a short walk less than 400m to lovely quiet beach . Abene village is a 15 min walk via either beach or bush tracks . Our Hosts did everything to make you feel at home in the sprit of Senegalese culture in Wolof language "Teraanga" translates as " hospitality”, “consideration”. The rooms were comfortable, clean & well furnished. The gardens and the buildings are very well maintained. The meals were lovely and hospitality was exceptional at all meal times. Highly recommended for an relaxation escape holiday. A day time sleep in the hammock in the garden is a must do !! I wouldn't hesitate to return in the future.

It is beautiful, peaceful, fun when papi has his friends. Everyone super friendly and helpful! Food delicious! Rooms super clean and comfy and hot water! Pretty garden we had table and chairs on our balcon and it’s a perfect location Very near shops and beach. Which is rare. Safe and sound and happy

It is a very nice place. In a very quiet location in the forest. Plenty of vegetation. We very much liked the staff and they became our friends: Petit Joe, Babu and others. Poco Loco is an amazing place run by an amazing lady, Fatou. It's a little bit of paradise in Abene. It's set right on the beach, just far enough from the village to enjoy the quiet and close enough to access on foot. The rooms are very well furnished with a really comfy mattress and pillows, best sleep I've had in a while! Also AC, tv, mini fridge and a spacious bathroom. Fatou and team are really professional and very obliging, they check in daily to ensure you have everything you want. I liked that I could have breakfast every morning on the beach and dinner at my veranda in the evenings. And the food, oh my, is copious and sooo delicious. The fish, lotte, was wonderfully seasoned and cooked, I had it everyday! Fatou is a lovely and honest woman. I am already looking forward to returning. See you very soon Fatou, thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful little lodgings near the beach in Abene. Lovely trees , the birds fly around as you sit and have your coffee in the garden. Bethy is very kind and friendly and will always do anything to help. You can easily grab a towel and go for a swim ⛱️
