Location, in the centre if beautiful town and only 10 minutes drive from Slovensky Raj. The apartment was spotlessly clean, very big size and tastefully decorated with all facilities. Extremely helpful and friendly host, who even gave us a lend of 2 sets of climbing harness and helmets. We will definitely recommend to anyone and we hope to be back again. We travelled as a family of four.

This is my second stay at the facility. The first time I was here alone, this time with my mum and brother. I have no complaints about the facilities. The room is absolutely beautiful and you're even provided with a fridge and a kettle and even tea and coffee. The owner there is a delightful person to talk to, she even gave us Apartmány Rudolf themed dark chocolate. The room and the bathroom were clean and the TV had Netflix which is always a plus 😁. These facilities are situated in the historical city square. The entrance is a bit easy to miss though. For those who are staying here, the entrance is right next to the DM store. It's a shame I forgot to take pictures.

Everything about the apartment is perfect! It is probably one of the best locations I've stayed in. It is very clean, stylish and comfortable, quiet and equipped with everything necessary. We saw that the hosts take great care and consideration to keep the apartment in such a good condition and we appreciate it very much. They also were very accommodating to the fact that we arrived in the evening, met us and told everything we needed to know. I highly recommend the apartment for a quiet family time or a business trip.

A great small town! Lots of shops and a great point to travel to Paradise park and castle in Spissky Podhradie by train... Great stay! Not hard to get around and a tourist office is a bit forward, on the left street from the stay... Nice! I recommend it!

I loved Spisska Nova Ves.

I loved Spisska Nova Ves. The old part of the town is very pretty and it is a short train ride to Poprod and from there to the mountains, which are beautiful. I wish I'd been able to stay here longer. And I loved the art gallery. Not big but some really interesting exhibits. Spisska is easy to walk around and the restaurants are great and not expensive. The only thing I would avoid is the person in the park trying to convert me to their religion. But that is not Spisska's fault.

Spisska Nova Ves a middle size town with historic center and...

Spisska Nova Ves a middle size town with historic center and largest oval-type square in Europe. Catholic church's tower in SNV is tallest one in middle Europe. Moreover SNV is the center of historic Spis (Sepesi, Zipser) region with museums. Near to SNV there is historic town of Levoca (10km distance) with extraordinary St. James Basilica equipped with wooden altar of high historic value. SNV is also the gate to the Slovak Paradise National Park which offers great opportunities for hikes in wonderful nature of hills and Hornad river's canyons.

Looks like a nice village, unfortunately the hotel I stayed in (Venusa) scam me for 8.10 euro. Stay with them 4 times and always had the same breakfast (ham eggs, coffee, small butter for the bread) nothing out of the ordinary. The breakfast suppose to be included with the room. Last time I stayed, they decided to scam me and charged me for the breakfast the ridiculous 8.10 euros. I was loyal and repeated customer, but after what happen to me, I will not be back to that hotel Venusa or Spisska Nova Ves. You scam me only once. You should be ashamed of your self and cleanup of these establishment should be in order. Don't go there! Find better place.

Spissky is a small town with an historic centre adjacent to the Slovensky Raj National Park. This is a great area for walking with marked trails ranging from easy to difficult. The Town has many old buildings and a very helpful tourist information. It is also convenient for Spissky Hrad (castle) and Levoca

it was an enjoyable stay. the hosts are lovely and did everything to accommodate us. The place is close to a couple of restaurants and a shop. It's a 5-minute drive to Spisska Nova Ves, also very close to hiking locations at Slovensky Raj. The apartment is cosy and clean. We will definitely be back next time :)
